Stephen Koury Workshops are Cheesecake Heaven

Hi Again, please forgive me for this post but I have to share the treat we get each workshop from Don Folk, the Cheesecake alchemist! Don has a real way with these beauties, taking suggestions and happily experimenting with secret formulas...the result, a cheesecake made with a dark stout chocolate BEER! Believe me the beer cheesecake was awesome, other creations are Blueberry Chocolate, Cherry White Chocolate, and Rocky Road! Magnificent!! Come do a workshop and partake!!
